What the trend is
Fergie Baby, a rapper from Harlem, posted the original on TikTok on September 26, 2026: he walks out of a ball-field gate and raps “Uptown Shooters N' Bronx Bombers” straight down the lens while the camera backs away under autumn trees. In October the AI versions started — like this one — same gate, same walk, same hand moves, different person. Every AI post we measured uses the same 20.7 seconds of it. More on the track in the Fergie Baby song guide.
Beat by beat
| Time | Still | Move |
|---|---|---|
| 0:00 | ![]() | The gate. You're at the chain-link gate of the ball field, hand on the latch. |
| 0:02 | ![]() | Step out. The gate swings, you walk out onto the park path like you own it. |
| 0:04 | ![]() | Hands up. Both hands up by your head, bouncing to the beat as the camera backs away. |
| 0:09 | ![]() | The bars. Rapping straight down the lens — hands at your chest, every word on beat. |
| 0:13 | ![]() | Arms up. Both arms over your head under the autumn trees. |
| 0:16 | ![]() | Point & stroll. Arm out, pointing past the camera, still walking the line. |
How to make the Fergie Baby AI video
- Pick one clear photo. One person, face sharp and looking at the camera — a waist-up phone photo is perfect. The outfit in the photo is the outfit you walk out in.
- Upload it and pay once. Upload the photo on the Fergie Baby AI homepage and choose a pack, from $9.99. No app, no account, no subscription.
- Get your video. AI makes that person do the whole 20.7-second walk out of the gate. Usually ready in about 10 minutes; we email you the link.
- Post it with the sound. Download the 9:16 video and add the sound in TikTok. In TikTok tap "Add sound" and pick the 20-second Fergie Baby trend sound — it starts right as the gate opens, so it lines up from 0:00. Using the official "Uptown Shooters N' Bronx Bombers" sound instead? Drag its start to 0:04.
Which photo works best
- One person, face clear and looking at the camera — waist-up is perfect
- No sunglasses, mask or hair over the eyes; no heavy filters
- The clothes in your photo are the clothes in your video
- Only photos of yourself or people who agreed — no public figures
Three ways to do it
| Video-app recreate | CapCut template | Fergie Baby AI | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup | Find and download the original, upload it with your photo, write the prompt | Install the app, find the template | Upload one photo in the browser |
| Length | Usually capped at 15 s | 11 s | 20.7 s, the full trend span |
| Matches the moves | If your prompt is right | No — a generic walk | Gate, every gesture and the mouth, timed to the sound |
| If it misses | Spend more credits and retry | Try another template | A person looks at it and emails you within a day |
| Price | App credits or plan | Free | From $9.99, one-time |
Adding the sound
Your video is silent on purpose — we don't ship the recording. In TikTok tap "Add sound" and pick the 20-second Fergie Baby trend sound — it starts right as the gate opens, so it lines up from 0:00. Using the official "Uptown Shooters N' Bronx Bombers" sound instead? Drag its start to 0:04. Then follow Fergie Baby on TikTok — it's his song.
