Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or at least 13 and using the service with a parent or guardian's permission. The service is not for children under 13.
Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Don't upload photos of public figures or celebrities, cartoon, film or game characters you don't own, minors without a parent's consent, or anything sexual, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits. AI output varies; we can't guarantee a perfect likeness in every video.
Your video
You may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial and social media use as fan content. Videos are silent; you are responsible for any audio you add. Your video is AI-generated and recreates a well-known moment; the original artist does not appear in it. Don't present it as an official or real scene, and label it as AI-generated wherever you post it.
No affiliation
Fergie Baby AI is an independent, unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fergie Baby, his label, any rights holder, AI app, creator or social platform, and it never distributes his song.
Rights holders
If you believe something made with or shown on Fergie Baby AI infringes your rights, email support@fergiebaby-ai.com with the link and what it concerns. We review every notice and remove material where appropriate.
